Sayaji Hotels Limited ("the Company") has entered into the Hotel Management Agreement with the SPJ Recreational Centre Private Limited for the purpose of providing operational services and managing hotel property situated at Takve Khurd, Taluka Maval, Near Wet and Joy Park, District Pune Maharashtra, 410405 in line with the brand standards of the Company.

Sayaji Hotels Limited will Manage and Operate the 5-star rated Hotel owned by SPJ Recreational Centre Private Limited located at Takve Khurd, Taluka Maval, Near Wet and Joy Park, District Pune Maharashtra, 410405.

The Hotel property consists of - 49 Room Keys, 71 Villas with Bedroom and Hall, 2 Banquet Halls, 1 Banquet Lawn, 1 Coffee Shop Cum Restaurant, 1 Speciality Restaurant, 1 Open Rooftop Restaurant, Gym, SPA, Swimming Pool, Guest Lifts, Service Lift, Back of House Areas, General Manager Office and Other Offices, Reception Area, 2 Cars, Air Conditioning Plant and Other Ancillary Equipment.

The Brand will operate under the name of "SAYAJI".
