Sayaji Hotels Ltd enters into Hotel Management agreement with Siddhi Garima Reality Pvt Ltd

Sayaji Hotels Limited ("the Company") has entered into the Hotel Management Agreement with the Siddhi Garima Reality Private Limited for the purpose of providing operational services and managing properties in line with the brand standards of the Company.

Sayaji Hotels Limited will Manage and Operate the 4-star rated Hotel owned by Siddhi Garima Reality Private Limited located at Plot No. 31 & 32, Avassa Grassland, Opposite to Dwarka School, Mhalunge Ingale Tal Khed, Chakan, Pune-410501.

The Hotel property will consists of 110 Hotel Rooms, 1 Banquet Hall, 1 Restaurant, 1 Board Room, Gym, SPA.

The Brand Name to be used will be "EFFOTEL BY SAYAJI".

Shares of SAYAJI HOTELS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 285.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 272.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 30015 in over 96 trades.
