NBCC India Ltd has sold 175 residential units at Aspire Leisure Valley

NBCC (India) Limited has successfully sold 175 residential units, one tower (Iconic Tower No. 13) at Aspire leisure valley Pkg-1, Gr. Noida(W), UP- Sub-Package-8 through an e-auction at total sale value of approx. Rs. 485.41 crores.

NBCC will get marketing fee @ 1% of the sale value.

Shares of NBCC (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 112.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 112.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1002483 in over 3579 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 112.65 and intraday low of 110.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 112128942.00.
