Garment Mantra Lifestyle Ltd arm secures order

Garment Mantra Lifestyle Limited's wholly owned subsidiary has received an order from AL Rahmat Textiles L.L.C. Imports & Exports for Rs. 93.22 Million (10,38,200 USs).

Commenting on this development, Mr. Prem Aggarwal, Managing Director of Garment Mantra Lifestyle Limited, said: "We are proud to announce the receipt of order. This order marks a great start of winter season. As on November 30,2025, the Company has recorded export shipments worth approximately Rs. 550 million during the current financial year starting April 1, 2025 on consolidated basis. These shipments were executed across multiple consignments, catering to a wide spectrum of customers, reflecting the Company's strong market reach and sustained demand for its products.

In addition to the executed shipments, the Company holds a healthy unexecuted order book of around Rs. 350 million as on date. These orders are scheduled to be delivered progressively and are expected to be completed on or before March 31, 2026. The robust order pipeline underscores the confidence of customers in the Company's capabilities, quality standards, and timely delivery commitments.

The combination of executed sales and a strong forward order book provides clear revenue visibility for the remainder of the financial year, further strengthening the Company's business outlook and growth momentum.
