Danube Industries Ltd to enter into new line of business

Danube Industries Limited has decided to enter into a new line of business in the field of refurbishment of Copiers, Laptops and Desktops. The Company will be undertaking refurbishment, quality enhancement and value-addition activities and shall soon be launching these products under its own brand name "DANUBE", For this purpose, the company has acquired the space on rental basis admeasuring 5474 sq. feet (Individual corporate house) at Radhe Kishan Business Park, Ishanpur, Maninagar (Gujarat).

The Company also proposes to enter into the manufacturing of Laptops and Desktops at its proposed facility located at Sachana, Taluko Viramgam, Gujarat. The Company is in the process of initiating necessary groundwork, including infrastructure planning, procurement arrangements and regulatory formalities for setting up the manufacturing operations.

The above initiatives are aligned with the Company's strategy to diversify its product portfolio, enhance revenue streams and strengthen its presence in the technology hardware segment.
