SER Industries Ltd to acquire majority stake in SNA Milk and Milk Products Ltd and DFSU Farmer Connect Pvt Ltd

SER Industries Limited ("the Company") has executed separate Term Sheet with SNA Milk and Milk Products Limited, and DFSU Farmer Connect Private Limited to acquire the majority stake in the said companies.

The Term Sheets record the preliminary understanding between the parties. The proposed transactions are subject to, inter alia, completion of satisfactory due diligence, negotiation and execution of definitive agreements, receipt of requisite statutory and regulatory approvals, and fulfilment of customary conditions precedent.

Shares of SER Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 528.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 518.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 516 in over 7 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 528.90 and intraday low of 528.90. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 272912.00.
