RRP Defense Ltd forms subsidiary company Vimananu Ltd

RRP Defense Limited ("Company / RRP") has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WoS) namely "Vimananu Limited" in India on 6th November, 2025 (confirmation of the same has been received by the Company today).

The objects of incorporating a WoS is to carry on the business of manufacture, operations, repair, renting services and training of all types of radar equipments, aeronautical and nautical equipments, aircrafts including defence aircrafts and drones.
