Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Ltd announces Q2FY26 results

The Board of Directors of Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited (KIMS Hospitals) today approved the financial results for the period ending 30th September 2025. A snapshot of Consolidated Financial and Operational highlights is as follows:

Q2 FY26 Updates:

- Total Revenue of INR 965 Cr, a growth of 23.3% on YoY and 9.8% on QoQ basis.

- EBITDA of INR 208 Cr, a de growth of 6.7% on YoY and a growth of 4.3% on QoQ basis.

- EBITDA margin at 21.6% vs. 28.5% in Q2 FY25 and 22.7% in Q1 FY26.

- PAT at INR 72 Cr in Q2 FY26 against INR 121 Cr and INR 85 Cr in Q2 FY25 and Q1 FY26 respectively.

- Consolidated EPS for Q2 FY26 of INR 1.67, a degrowth of 37.7% on YoY basis and 14.7% QOQ respectively

- Cash and Cash Equivalents (includes Cash, Bank balance, Deposits with maturity less than 12 months and Investment in Mutual funds) at INR 120 Cr as on 30th September 2025.

Q2 FY26 Financial Highlights - Consolidated:

- Consolidated Revenue from Operations of INR 961 Cr, a growth of 23.6% on YoY and 10.2% on QoQ basis

- Consolidated EBITDA (Pre-INDAS) of INR 201 Cr, a degrowth of 8.6% on YoY and a growth of 3.6% on QoQ basis

- Consolidated EBITDA (Pre-INDAS and excluding Other Income) of INR 197 Cr, a degrowth of 8.5% and a growth of 5.3% on YoY and QoQ basis respectively.

Announcing Q2 FY26 results, Dr. B Bhaskar Rao, CMD, KIMS Hospitals, said: Q2 FY26 has been a busy quarter for us. We have seen patient footfalls steadily increasing at all our centers. I am particularly pleased that our newly opened unit at Thane has seen very good traction and completed 1000 surgeries in less than 6 months of operations. Our Bangalore unit at Mahadevpura also went live this quarter. I am optimistic that the remaining half of FY 26 will help us achieve our targets set.
