Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd., a Miniratna I PSE with diversified business portfolios, has announced the second quarter results ending 30 September 2025 as per the accounts adopted. The results were approved by the Board of Directors in its Meeting held at Kolkata on 06 November 2025.
The net total income for the second quarter stood at Rs. 647.48 crores as compared to Rs. 648.66 crores in the same period last year. The Profit Before Tax (PBT) was Rs. 65.50 crores for the quarter ending 30 September 2025 as compared to Rs. 68.58 crores for the same quarter last year. Correspondingly, the net profit (PAT) clocked during the quarter was Rs. 48.48 crores compared to Rs. 49.69 crores for the corresponding period last year.
The total income, Profit Before Tax (PBT) and Net Profit After Tax (PAT) for the six months period ended 30 September 2025 stood at Rs. 1332.76 crores, Rs. 140.88 crores and Rs. 104.41 crores respectively whereas the numbers for the corresponding period of the previous year were Rs. 1292.28 crores, Rs. 126.41 crores and Rs. 96.47 crores respectively.
Shares of Balmer Lawrie & Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 194.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 199.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12244 in over 407 trades.
