Lemon Tree Hotels signs two new properties with RJ Corp Limited

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited ('Lemon Tree Hotels'), India's fastest-growing mid-scale and premium hotel chain, today announced the signing of two new properties - Lemon Tree Premier, Ayodhya and Lemon Tree Premier, Guwahati.

As per the terms of Development Management and License Agreements entered into between RJ Corp Limited and Lemon Tree Hotels, these two hotels shall be developed by RJ Corp Limited utilising the technical expertise of Lemon Tree Hotels. The hotel operations shall be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.

Lemon Tree Premier, Ayodhya, in the city steeped in divine history, will feature approximately 300 rooms. These will be complemented by a restaurant, a banquet and a meeting/conference room as well as recreation facilities including a swimming pool, a spa and other public areas.

As the birthplace of Lord Ram, one of Hinduism's most revered deities, Ayodhya holds immense spiritual significance. The city's sacred temples and rituals are deeply rooted in tradition, making it a captivating destination for pilgrims and travellers seeking a profound connection to India's rich heritage.

The Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra is at a distance of approximately 4.5 kms from the hotel. The Maharishi Valmiki International Airport, Ayodhya Dham, is approximately 8 kms away from the property, while the nearest Railway Station is about 3 kms away. The hotel is well connected by roadways for both public and private transport.

On the other hand, Lemon Tree Premier, Guwahati will feature approximately 300 rooms and approximately 50 serviced apartments with kitchenettes. Additionally, the hotel will also have a restaurant, a banquet, a meeting/conference room as well as recreation facilities including a swimming pool, a spa and other areas.

The Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport is approximately 22 kms away from this property, while the Guwahati Railway Station is about 10 kms away. The hotel is well connected by roadways for both public and private transport.

Shares of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 168.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 165.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 98352 in over 1129 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 168.90 and intraday low of 164.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 16485582.00.
