The board of directors of Happiest Minds Technologies Limited have declared an interim dividend of ₹2.75/- per equity share of face value ₹2/- for the financial year 2025-26. Record date for the purpose of interim dividend has been fixed on November 04, 2025, and the dividend will be paid on and after November 17, 2025, to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of Depositories as beneficial owners of shares as on the aforesaid record date.
