DCM Shriram Ltd declares interim dividend fo Rs. 3.60

The Board of Directors of DCM Shriram Ltd, at its meeting held on 28th October 2025, has approved the declaration of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26 on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company @ 180% (Rs.3.60/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each). The Record Date for the purpose of the said Interim Dividend shall be 3rd November 2025. Further, the said Interim Dividend shall be paid/dispatched to all eligible shareholders within 30 days from the declaration of dividend.
