Tavernier Resources Ltd is now Eforu Entertainment Ltd

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Plot No. 6,7, 8, Sector 5, IMT Manesar, Manesar, Haryana, India, 122050 has given their approval for change of name of the Company from "TAVERNIER RESOURCES LIMITED" to "EFORU ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED" and issued fresh certificate of Incorporation consequent to change of name of the Company dated October 27, 2025 from Ministry of Corporate affairs.

With this, new name of the Company is "EFORU ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED".

Shares of Tavernier Resources Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 48.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 46.53. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1531 in over 16 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 48.82 and intraday low of 46.16. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 72319.00.
