HUDCO signs MoU with IIM, Calcutta

Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIMC), on 28th October, 2025. The purpose of this non-binding MoU is to technically collaborate by undertaking exchanges and joint activities in the fields of training, education, research, and capacity building in the shared fields of interest and expertise. It also aims to undertake Certificate Courses, Consultancy, Fee-based projects and services.

The MoU was signed by Shri M Nagaraj, Director (Corporate Planning), HUDCO and Professor Alok Kumar Rai, Director, IIMC.

Shares of Housing & Urban Development Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 226.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 226.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 113633 in over 1401 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 228.70 and intraday low of 224.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 25772625.00.
