The Board of Directors of Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited at their meeting held today at Mumbai i.e. 27 October 2025, has approved the declaration of 1St Interim Dividend of Rs. 6/- per equity share of Rs. 5/- each fully paid-up for the Financial Year 2025-26. Further, the Company has fixed Tuesday, 04 November 2025 as Record Date" for the same. The payment of the Interim Dividend shall be completed on or before 26 November 2025.
