HUDCO signs MoU with JNPA

Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA) on 24th October, 2025. The purpose of this non-binding MoU is to establish and initiate cooperation for exploring collaboration in existing and upcoming infrastructure development and financing & refinancing of port infrastructure projects at JN port for an estimated amount of Rs.5,000 Crore.

The MoU was signed by Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, CMD, HUDCO and Shri Unmesh Sharad Wagh, Chairman, JNPA.

Shares of Housing & Urban Development Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 226.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 228.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 103926 in over 1319 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 230.00 and intraday low of 225.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 23648082.00.
