Satchmo Holdings Limited had earlier entered into an One-Time Settlements with the ARC ("Lender") for a total amount of Rs. 70 Crores for Satchmo Holdings Limited.

The Company has paid a total amount of Rs. 70 Crores and has discharged its total liability in full as per the One-Time Settlements entered with the ARC ("Lender") and the Company.

Shares of Satchmo Holdings Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3.99 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3.96. The total number of shares traded during the day was 70393 in over 86 trades.
