Yaari Digital Integrated Services Limited is now Indiabulls Ltd

On effectiveness of the Scheme of Arrangement as approved by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, Chandigarh, we wish to inform that pursuant to receipt of fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated October 17, 2025, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, Manesar ("ROC"), the name of the company stands changed from 'Yaari Digital Integrated Services Limited' to 'Indiabulls Limited' with effect from today i.e. October 17, 2025.

Consequent to change of name of the Company, Clause I (i.e., Name Clause) of the Memorandum of Association of the Company has been altered accordingly and the name 'Yaari Digital Integrated Services Limited' wherever appearing in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company has been replaced with the new name 'Indiabulls Limited'.

The Company shall submit requisite applications with National Stock Exchange of India Limited ("NSE") and BSE Limited ("BSE"), in terms of SEBI LODR Regulations, for effecting change in the name of the Company and allowing trading in the shares of the Company in its new name with the symbol "INDIABULLS".

Shares of Yaarii Digital Integrated Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 17.91 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 18.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 37437 in over 33 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 18.90 and intraday low of 17.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 670625.00.
