Dalmia Bharat Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of Dalmia Bharat Limited ("the Company") at its meeting held today i.e. Friday, October 17, 2025, has considered and declared interim dividend at the rate of Rs. 4/- (200%) per equity share on 18,75,65,161 equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2025-26.

The board confirmed the Record Date i.e. Saturday, October 25, 2025, for determining entitlement of shareholders for payment of interim dividend for Financial Year 2025-26.
