SEAMEC Ltd enters into Bimco Charter Party with L&T

SEAMEC Ltd has entered into a Bimco Charter Party with M/s. Larsen & Toubro Limited for Charter Hire of our Barge "SEAMEC GLORIOUS" for working in Mumbai High & West Coat Offshore for carrying out jobs related to offshore accommodation and hook-up work barge & Support for Project of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC).

The firm period of Charter is for 150 days with option for extension. The charter to commence within the window period of 1st October 2025 to 30th October 2025.

The total value of the contract is Rs. 28, 85,62,500, exclusive of GST.

Shares of Seamec Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 858.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 861.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1200 in over 115 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 880.85 and intraday low of 844.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1032172.00.
