Meril Healthcare Private Limited, a reputed Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of advanced orthopaedic and robotic systems, has authorized Shukra Pharmaceuticals Limited for the prestigious "Robotic Assisted Surgery System for Orthopedics" projects at:

(1) Directorate General Armed Forces Medical Services (DGAFMS), Ministry of Defence

(2) INHS Asvini, Colaba, Mumbai (Maharashtra)

Under this Letter of Authorization received by the Company on October 08, 2025, Shukra Pharmaceuticals Limited is empowered to quote tenders, raise invoices, make supplies, submit offers, and collect orders and payments on behalf of Meril Healthcare Private Limited for the above-mentioned projects.

This strategic collaboration marks Shukra Pharmaceuticals' entry into the high-growth medical robotics and advanced orthopaedic healthcare technology segment, aligning with our long-term vision of diversification and value creation. The management believes that this development will enhance operational capabilities, strengthen market presence, and contribute positively to the interests of shareholders and stakeholders in the near and long term.

The authorization is valid till March 2026 or the completion of the respective projects, whichever is earlier.
