Pursuant to the application made by the Company, the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs has approved the change in name of the Company from 'LUCENT INDUSTRIES LIMITED' to 'MOBAVENUE AI TECH LIMITED' with effect from 1st October, 2025.

Shares of Lucent Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1101.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1100.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12512 in over 267 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1137.10 and intraday low of 1100.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13877560.00.
