Shree Refrigerations Limited receives order worth Rs. 19.16 crore from MDL

Shree Refrigerations Limited has received an order worth Rs. 19.16 Crore from Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd (MDL) for the supply of turnkey HVAC solutions onboard 14 Fast Patrol Vessels (FPVs) for the Indian Coast Guard.

This development follows the recent order of Rs. 106.62 Crore awarded to SRL on 25th August 2025 by Hindustan Shipyard Ltd (HSL) for HVAC solutions for five Fleet Support Ships (FSS) of the Indian Navy.

Further, it is hereby informed that the Company is also executing a similar FPV project with Goa Shipyard Ltd (GSL) for 8 vessels, with the first ship already delivered to the Coast Guard.

These consecutive wins underscore SRL's strong capabilities in delivering end-to-end HVAC solutions for defence and marine platforms, reinforcing its position as a trusted partner in India's shipbuilding and maritime security ecosystem.

Shares of Shree Refrigerations Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 211.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 211.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 222000 in over 213 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 213.55 and intraday low of 206.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 46692300.00.
