India Steel Works Ltd to change name as India Homes Ltd

Pursuant to the application made by the Company, the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre (CPC), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has approved the change of name and issued a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 8th September 2025, enclosed herewith for your reference.

Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from "INDIA STEEL WORKS LIMITED" to "INDIA HOMES LIMITED" with effect from 8th September 2025.

The Company is in the process of filing the necessary documents with the Stock Exchange in respect of the name change.

Shares of INDIA STEEL WORKS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 11.62 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 11.42. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2291284 in over 319 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 11.63 and intraday low of 11.62. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 26647430.00.
