PTC Industries appoints Baljinder Singh Koura as Vice President at Aerolloy Technologies Limited

PTC Industries Limited (herein referred to as "PTC"), a manufacturer of high-quality high-precision metal components and materials for various critical and super-critical applications announced the appointment of Baljinder Singh (Bal) Koura as Vice President - Operations, Aerospace Castings at Aerolloy Technologies Limited (ATL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PTC.

Bal brings with him more than three decades of leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain management, and turnaround programmes across the aerospace, automotive, and industrial sectors. He has held senior leadership roles with globally renowned organizations including Rolls-Royce, GE Aviation, and Unipol Group, successfully driving new facility setups, operational excellence initiatives, and major new product introduction programmes across the UK, India, Europe, and Mexico.

At Aerolloy Technologies Limited, Bal will be responsible for leading operational excellence, strengthening plant performance, and supporting the company's scaling journey in aerospace castings to meet the growing demands of global OEMs. His proven expertise in managing large teams, delivering lean manufacturing programmes, and driving cultural transformation makes him ideally suited to contribute to PTC's vision of achieving global parity in aerospace and defence manufacturing.

Bal holds an MBA from De Montfort University along with advanced qualifications in Quality and Environmental Management. In addition to his technical and operational credentials, he has consistently championed people development, ESG, and CSR initiatives in his leadership roles.

This appointment reinforces PTC's focus on strengthening leadership depth across its businesses, as it continues to expand its Strategic Materials Technology Complex and play a defining role in shaping India's aerospace and defence manufacturing ecosystem.

Shares of PTC Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 13753.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 13355.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5369 in over 1862 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 14559.45 and intraday low of 13488.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 75679717.00.
