Aerpace Industries Ltd - Comprehensive Business Update on Key Projects and Strategic Developments

Aerpace Industries Limited ("the Company") has provided an update to its shareholders on the progress of its major business verticals, as discussed during the Annual General Body Meeting held on 11 August 2025.

The Company continues to focus on building a strong foundation for sustainable growth, advancing multiple technology-driven projects simultaneously. The following is a detailed update on each of the major verticals:

1. Pune Facility - Our Central Hub

The Pune facility has been conceptualised as a world-class, centralised operations hub designed to integrate manufacturing, research & development, and corporate administration. This strategic facility allows all verticals of the Company to function in synergy, enabling efficient coordination between production, testing, and innovation.

We are pleased to report that the core infrastructure of the Pune facility is now complete. Continuous enhancements and operational upgrades are being implemented to ensure it meets the highest standards required for high-technology manufacturing, advanced testing environments, and administrative functions.

2. Solar Manufacturing - AerVolt

AerVolt, the Company's solar vertical, is designed to address the rapidly growing demand for highefficiency, AI-enabled solar modules in domestic and export markets. The heart of this initiative is the newly established solar manufacturing line at the Pune facility.

All manufacturing equipment for the solar panel production plant has been delivered. The journey to this point involved navigating significant challenges, including compliance clearances, licensing requirements, and international visa restrictions that delayed the arrival of the overseas commissioning team.

We are pleased to confirm that all procedural and logistical hurdles have now been resolved. Commissioning of the plant will commence in August 2025, with full-scale operations targeted within the next two months. Once operational, this facility will establish Aerpace as a competitive and reliable supplier in the renewable energy sector.

3. Defence Drones - AerShield

Defence technology remains a strategic growth area for Aerpace, with the AerShield programme leading the Company's UAV advancements. Over the past year, the Company has completed prototypes of the following advanced unmanned aerial vehicles:

- aerRecon ARM-5 - Compact reconnaissance drone for rapid deployment
- aerRecon ARM-10 - Extended-range reconnaissance platform
- aerStriker AMMO-R7 - Tactical strike drone designed for precision missions
- aerRecon ARC-50 - Heavy-lift reconnaissance and cargo hybrid platform
- aerStriker AST-R7 - Advanced targeting and precision-strike UAV

Demonstrations for these UAVs have been scheduled for both UAE and Indian defence authorities during August and September 2025. Due to confidentiality agreements, operational specifics cannot be disclosed at this stage. However, the Company notes that engagement with defence stakeholders has been positive, with strong potential for future contracts.

4. Large Payload Drone & Urban Air Mobility - AerWing, AerTaxi, AerCar

Beyond defence, Aerpace is committed to revolutionising aerial logistics and urban mobility. In partnership with Cavok Engineering, the Company is preparing to develop a next-generation unmanned aerial system with a payload capacity of 1.8 tonnes.

This platform is intended for multiple applications, including cargo transport, defence logistics, and emergency relief operations. Significantly, it will also serve as the aerial backbone for Aerpace's aerTaxi and aerCar models, which will work together to create a seamless air-to-ground mobility ecosystem. This will allow for efficient, integrated passenger and goods transport, combining aerial reach with high-efficiency electric ground vehicles.

The roadmap and technical white paper are in the final stages of preparation, with prototype design and development planned to commence in January 2026.

5. Facility Operations Readiness

The Pune facility is progressing towards full operational readiness. Office furniture, interiors, and administrative setups have been delivered, with installation and commissioning currently underway. The Company expects the facility to be fully functional by October 2025, coinciding with the operational launch of the solar manufacturing line.

Conclusion

Aerpace Industries Limited is at a pivotal stage in its growth journey. With physical and technological infrastructure in place, strategic partnerships strengthened, and multiple product lines nearing commercial readiness, the Company is positioned for a transformative year ahead.

The Board of Directors thanks all shareholders for their continued trust, confidence, and support as the Company advances its vision to be a leader in renewable energy, defence technology, and advanced aerial mobility.
