Adani Commodities LLP sells stake in AWL Agri Business Ltd

On 18th July, 2025, Adani Commodities LLP ("ACL"), a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited has sold, by way of a Block Deal through stock exchange mechanism, 13,54,82,400 equity shares of AWL Agri Business Limited ("AWL") held by ACL, constituting 10.42% of the issued and paid-up equity share capital of AWL.

Shares of Adani Wilmar Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 274.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 278.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 136337950 in over 9087 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 285.40 and intraday low of 267.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 37562511358.00.
