Closure of Remote Regulatory Assessment by the USFDA at Matoda, Gujarat facility

The USFDA conducted a Remote Regulatory Assessment (RRA) at Zydus' formulations manufacturing facility at Matoda in Gujarat for the Prior Approval Supplement (PAS) of Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets USP, 10 mg, 20 mg, 40 mg and 80 mg.

At the closure, there were no observations noted, and the site was recommended for approval.

Shares of Zydus Lifesciences Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 968.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 967.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 47625 in over 2017 trades.
