Orbit Exports Ltd to enter into agreement with K&H Construction Pvt Ltd for 2MW captive solar power plant

The Board of Directors of Orbit Exports Limited have approved to enter into an Agreement with M/s. K&H Constructions Private Limited, for the development of 2MW Solar Captive Generating Plant ("SCGP") as Special Purpose Vehicle ("SPV") in south Gujrat region by having equity of 26% in SPV. We hereby intimate that we have entered into Share Subscription Cum Shareholder's Agreement to acquire, 26% (Twenty-Six percent) of share capital of K&H Construction Private Limited ("Target Company").

Shares of Orbit Exports Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 217.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 207.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5 in over 1 trades.
