Tulsyan NEC Ltd completes sale of land for Rs. 26.90 crores

Tulsyan NEC Limited has completed the sale of land and registration of an agreement to sale on July 14, 2025 which is situated at Varadhanahalli Village, Kasaba Hobli, Doddaballapur Taluk, Bangalore Rural District and which was registered in the name of M/s. Tulsyan NEC Limited, by executing the necessary documents / agreements in favour of the buyers, for an aggregate consideration amount of Rs. 26,90,00,000/-.

The entire consideration amount is received by the Company.

Shares of Tulsyan NEC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 37.86 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 37.99. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2955 in over 30 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 40.40 and intraday low of 37.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 113664.00.
