Container Corporation of India Ltd (CONCOR) and M/s. Rais Hassan Saadi Group (RHS), Dubai, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 14th July 2025 to explore collaborative opportunities in the overseas shipping and logistics sector. The partnership is envisioned to deliver integrated, seamless, and cost-effective end-toend logistics solutions, with a special focus on enhancing international multimodal connectivity.
The event was graced by Shri Sanjay Swarup, Chairman and Managing Director of CONCOR, and Mr. Saadi Al Rais, Chairman of RHS Group, along with Directors and senior officials from both organizations. This strategic collaboration brings together CONCOR's vast experience in inland logistics, terminal operations, and supply chain solutions with RHS Group's strong global presence in shipping, freight forwarding, and maritime services.
This MoU marks a significant step toward creating synergies that will contribute to the growth of global trade and position both organizations as key players in the evolving logistics and shipping landscape.
On this occasion, CMD CONCOR Shri Swarup mentioned that this MoU facilitates achieving our aim to provide seamless end to end Logistics solutions for the customers beyond Indian territory.
Mr. Saadi Al Rais, Chairman of RHS Group expressed pleasure in entering into an alliance with CONCOR and assured best of the services on behalf of RHS Group.
