Asian Paints Ltd has, today, sold its entire holding of 20,10,626 equity shares in Akzo Nobel India Limited, representing 4.42% of its paid-up share capital. The sale was executed at a price of Rs. 3,651 per share through the bulk deal mechanism.

Shares of Asian Paints Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2498.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2484.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 185627 in over 12406 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2534.00 and intraday low of 2493.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 466327497.00.
