Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Ltd allots 1,08,61,875 Bonus Equity Shares

Pursuant to the recommendation of Board of Directors of the Company at the duly convened Board Meeting on 21% May, 2025 and subsequent approval of Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 13th June, 2025, the Board of Directors of Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Limited at their meeting held today i.e. 09th July, 2025 have approved allotment of 1,08,61,875 Equity Shares having face value of Rs.10 /- each as fully paid-up Bonus Equity Shares, in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. 1 (One) New Equity Share having face value of Rs.10 /- each for every existing 1 (One) equity shares having face value of Rs.10 /- each held, to those Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members on the record date fixed for this purpose.

Pursuant to the above allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company has increased from 1,08,61,875 shares (Rs. 10,86,18,750) to 2,17,23,750 equity shares (Rs. 21,72,37,500).

The Bonus Shares allotted as above shall rank pari- passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company and shall be entitled to such dividends and corporate benefits, if any, declared by the Company after the said allotment.

Shares of Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 578.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1121.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 65080 in over 1574 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 589.00 and intraday low of 559.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 37304720.00.
