Lancer Container Lines Ltd prepays loan availed against property

Lancer Container Lines Limited had availed a Loan Against Property (LAP) from HDFC Bank, secured by the Registered Office premises i.e., Mayuresh Chambers Premises, Co-Op. Society Ltd., amounting to Rs. 7.89 Crore as of June 2022.

The above said loan has been fully repaid from internal accruals, well before its scheduled maturity in May 2028.

As on date, the outstanding amount under the aforesaid loan facility stands Nil. The Company has ensured timely repayments and currently has a total outstanding debt of Rs. 57.06 Crore resulting in a debt-equity ratio (in times) is 0.46.
