Kabra Drugs Limited gets FDA nod for Chennai facility, to acquire companies

The Board of Directors of Kabra Drugs Limited at its meeting held today i.e 18th June 2025, has considered, approved and authorized Mr. N. Aravind (Managing Director) to complete the acquisition of AMR PHARMA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED and also the board has requested the managing director to inspect and formulate a strategy to acquire BONN SCHTERING BIO SCIENCES in Pondicherry.

The board is happy to announce that they have received permission from FDA to manufacture and sell license for our Chennai facility.

The board has decided to establish a subsidiary to diversify into Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning application for Pharmaceutical Sector, Qualitative Drug Monitoring & Clinical Research, Medical Imaging, Gene Mapping, Diagnostics and Health Care Sector. The subsidiary will also cater into E-Pharmacy and Medical Tourism Sector.
