Seamec Ltd enters into Bimco Charter Party for vessel SEAMEC III

Seamec Ltd has entered into a Bimco Charter Party dated 5th June 2025 with M/s. Mubarak Bridge LLC, Dubai for Charter Hire of our Vessel "SEAMEC III" for working in West Coast of India for carrying out jobs related to 24 hour per day, DP2, Saturation Diving, ROV Support, survey and subsea crane operations.

The firm period of Charter is for 20 days with option for extension at Charter rate of USD 70,000/day.

The Charter commenced with effect from 5th June 2025.

The total value of the contract including the Mobilization and De-mobilization is estimated as USD 2.16 million, exclusive of GST.

The Bimco Charter Party executed in multiple counterpart was received from the Charterer signed on 6th June 2025.

Shares of Seamec Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 880.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 891.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1315 in over 268 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 903.00 and intraday low of 874.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1165411.00.
