Themis Medicare Board to discuss issue of warrants to promoters

Themis Medicare Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 28, 2006, where in it is proposed to discuss and decide upon issue of warrants to promoters including the terms and conditions thereof, number of warrants to be issued, pricing and period of the same in line with the Guidelines for Preferential Issue of SEBI.
