Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited to acquire Dice Enterprises Pvt Ltd

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has agreed to acquire 100% shares capital and voting rights in Dice Enterprises Private Limited form the existing shareholders of Dice Enterprises Private Limited subject to execution of definitive agreements and completion of certain identified conditions precedent. In this regard, the Company has executed a non-binding term sheet on June 5, 2025.

The mode of acquisition (cash consideration / shares swap) will be determined by the Board of Directors at a later stage.

The proposed acquisition by the Company will be effected on such terms and conditions as may be contained in the Share Purchase Agreement and/or definite agreement to be executed by the parties to the transaction.

Dice Enterprises Pvt Ltd is a spend management platform providing travel & expense management, accounts payable management and procurement management solutions.

Shares of Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 440.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 443.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 73812 in over 2770 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 449.65 and intraday low of 438.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 32583586.00.
