Sangam India Ltd enters into MoU with DaMENSCH Apparel Pvt Ltd

Sangam (India) Limited ("the Company") has entered into a Non-Binding Memorandum of Understanding on 4th June, 2025 ("MOU") with DaMENSCH Apparel Private Limited ("DaMENSCH").

The MoU is to explore a long-term strategic partnership with DaMENSCH, focused on the manufacturing, marketing and selling of seamless and activewear products of the Company.

Shares of Sangam (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 421.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 405.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6491 in over 528 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 423.95 and intraday low of 404.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2703548.00.
