Dynamic Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Dynamic Industries Ltd has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 1 per share (10%) for the Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2025 on Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each subject to approval of the members at ensuring Annual General Meeting.

The final dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the AGM. The Record Date for the final dividend will be intimated separately.
