DISA India Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 100

The Board of Directors of DISA India Limited has recommended final Dividend@ Rs. 100/- (1000%) per share on 14,54,205 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, aggregating to Rs. 145.42 Million for the Financial year 2024-25. The payment of dividend is subject to the approval by the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
