Geecee Ventures Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Geecee Ventures Ltd has approved the recommendation of Final Dividend of Rs. 2/- (Rupees two only) per share on the equity share capital of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2025, subject to necessary approval by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
