Aksharchem India Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.75

The Board of Directors of Aksharchem India Ltd has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 0.75/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 7.5%) for the financial year 2024-25, subject to approval of the members of the Company in ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The said dividend, if declared by the members at AGM, will be credited/ dispatched within 30 days from the date of AGM.
