Visaka Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Visaka Industries Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 Paise (Rupees Fifty paise only) per share (i.e., 25%) on Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each fully paid for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
