              Crosslay Remedies Limited ("CRL"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Max Healthcare Institute Limited that CRL has successfully executed a Sale Deed for the acquisition of 4,000 sq. meters land parcel, along with the building thereon, located adjacent to Max Super Speciality Hospital, Vaishali ("MSSH, Vaishali"), at a consideration of ~₹120 Crore. This strategic acquisition paves the way for the addition of ~140 beds at MSSH, Vaishali over period of next 30 months, significantly enhancing CRL's capacity to serve the growing healthcare needs of the region.
CRL shall invest another ₹200 Crore for creation of additional beds.
The additional bed capacity will cater to the healthcare needs of communities residing in and around Ghaziabad region in a fast developing State of Uttar Pradesh.
Crosslay Remedies Limited ("CRL") currently owns and operates 387 bedded Max Super Speciality Hospital, Vaishali ("MSSH, Vaishali").
