KRBL Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 3.50

The Board of Directors of KRBL Limited has approved the recommendation of a Final Dividend of ₹ 3.50/- (350%) per equity share of face value of ₹1/- each for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025, which shall be paid within 30 days from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.
