S H Kelkar and Company Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of S H Kelkar and Company Limited has approved the recommendation of final dividend of Re. 1 per equity share on 13,84,20,801 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- cach (ie. 10%) for FY 2024-25 which shall be subject to approval by the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
