The Board of Directors of Systematix Corporate Services Limited has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 0.10/- (Rupees One Only) (10%) per Equity Share of Re. 1/- (face value) each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
