Dai-Ichi Karkaria Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3.5

The Board of Directors of Dai-Ichi Karkaria Ltd has recommended final dividend of 35% i.e. Rs. 3.5/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, which shall be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration of dividend in the ensuing 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM), subject to approval of shareholders. The date of AGM will be intimated in due course of time.
