Bemco Hydraulics Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Bemco Hydraulics Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share of Re.10/- each, fully paid up, for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The final dividend, if approved, by ShareholdeB at the ensuing AGM, will be paid to the eligible shareholders on or before 30th day from the date of Annual General Meeting. The record date for the same is fixed on Monday, 25/07/2025.
